We look for individuals with an extensive knowledge of the industry's underwriting, compliance and/or origination environment. All hired employees / contractors will be trained on our proprietary system "TIGRE" and on the AMC philosophy model.

We place a heavy emphasis on referrals by current proven underwriters or client recommendations of candidates that have stood out as top performers.
3) Aptitude Assessment
We evaluate potential contractors for their aptitude in relating to the intellectual challenges of the job and related credit, compliance, and valuation methodology, as well as their technology proficiency.
