TIGRE

TIGRE is our proprietary Due Diligence and Compliance System. It also serves as the first line of quality control with built in data validation logic designed to improve the accuracy of results and warn of potential input data discrepancies.

Flexible and dynamic, TIGRE remains current with the ever changing credit and compliance environment. Moreover, our expert developers will customize the web-based, .NET application to meet each of our client's unique specifications and reporting needs.

Information Security

Information security is a top priority at AMC. We utilize SSL Certificate data encryption, generators, and battery backups to ensure maximum privacy and security. AMC also has several secure methods to transmit data between offices, clients, and sellers.

Disaster Recovery

Our TIGRE system is mirrored, in real time, to data servers located in our disaster recovery site providing assurance your essential data will not be lost. Routers in all AMC offices are set to automatically re-route IP traffic in the event of a production server failure or a loss of data connectivity.

Reporting and Analytics

AMC's comprehensive reporting is designed to allow clients to utilize customized reports based on their own specifications as well as basic canned reports. Below is a list of some of our more common reports:

• Individual Asset Summary Report - Comprehensive loan analysis relating to credit, compliance, and servicing issues for a specific loan
• Data Extract Report - Created in Excel for easy data upload into a client's system
